Platinum Packages are $1100 = 2 hair stations, 2 makeup station, full-length mirror, wardrobe rack, bridal gown holder, professional steamer, privacy screen and lounge seating.

BOOKING

Are pop up bridal suites™ just for the ladies?

Nope! Think of the bridal suite as a place that can help you and even the whole wedding party to hang out and get picture perfect. (Everyone has to spend some time in front of the mirror at least once that morning, right?!
Our comfy suites can be customized to fit any couple’s tastes, needs, and budget. 

Does my wedding have to be in Minneapolis to rent from Dream Day?


For our non-Minnesota couples, we so wish we could come to you – and we’re working on it! We’re beginning to partner with franchisees so that the Dream Day experience can come to your state. Stay tuned!

What happens after I submit a wishlist?

After you inquire, we get back to you with a proposal, and you’re welcome to ask questions or request changes before making it official. Submitting a wishlist is the best way to inquire, but if you need additional help with a custom proposal, reach out to us here and we’ll be happy to help. 

PRICING AND PAYMENT

How does pricing work? 

We believe in keeping it simple – a flat rental fee covers the entire duration of your event. (Who wants to be counting the hours on your wedding day?!) So that you have fewer day-of logistics, for weddings we typically deliver the day before and return the day after, without any extra charge. 


What are your payment options?

We accept all credit cards, checks, Affirm, Paypal, or cash. Once you send us a "Save My Date" you will receive our proposal, contract, and an invoice for the 25% non-refundable deposit.  


Our standard payment plan is 25% down, and then balance due 2 weeks prior to your event but we have a few additional options to choose from for your convenience.  Inquire with us for more details.

(The final balance is always due 2 weeks prior to your event.)

Do you have a minimum order amount?

We have a $300 minimum order for delivery.


EVENT LOGISTICS

Do I need to be on-site when you’re setting up my bridal suite?

Not at all! We actually prefer to have an empty space to get everything set and prepared. We just need to have access to enter the venue/room upon our arrival. We are typically in, assembled, and out within 45 minutes. We’re kind of like your getting ready fairy godmothers – we create the magic and then disappear! 

Oops, our party got a little wild. What is your policy on damaged/stained furniture?

We get it, stuff happens. If something is damaged beyond reasonable wear and tear, you’ll be charged for replacement or repair of said item(s), whichever cost is less.

PARTNERSHIPS AND OTHER EVENTS

I really want lounge furniture for my party, do you do events that are not weddings?

Of course! We love to do special events, and offer any of our furniture for rent a la carte. Send us an inquiry and let us know what you’re thinking!


My venue already has Dream Day as a part of their wedding package, how do I go ahead with booking?

Yay! We ask that you book our services directly with your contact person at your venue. We then coordinate all the details and delivery with your venue, and you get to just come in on your wedding morning and enjoy your bridal suite.

I work at a venue and would love to create a package with you for our couples! How do we go about creating a partnership?

We have dozens of venue partners and would be so thrilled to talk with you! As a partner venue, you have exclusive access to a dedicated styled suite completely customized to your space – without having to own, store, or manage any of the furniture. We design and curate a beautiful, functional, and on-brand suite that works perfectly for your space, and we handle the setup and storage between events.
